BSC was hired by Silicon-Valley based artificial intelligence chatbot company mode.ai to drive awareness of their new technology solution for retail brands looking to boost their e-commerce experience in this new era of digital commerce. Mode.ai enabled brands to offer a more seamless, personalized shopping experience via custom chatbots equipped with a proprietary combination of artificial intelligence, visual search, and natural language processing technologies.
In addition to driving brand awareness, BSC executed strategic media relations campaigns to celebrate new client partnerships with major brands, Louis Vuitton and Levi’s, aimed to maximize user engagement across their online retail and social media platforms.
