As founder and CEO of BRANDSTYLE COMMUNICATIONS, Zoe has spent the last 15 years building high-impact awareness campaigns for global lifestyle brands, developing and executing creative platforms and co-branded alliances. Before opening Brandstyle over eight years ago Zoe was the Director of Public Relations for SHVO, a luxury real estate marketing company. She was a Vice President at Rubenstein Public Relations where she managed luxury lifestyle accounts including Lockes Diamantaires (now Ivanka Trump jewelry) and was a Senior Account Executive for several of the city’s most respected public relations firms including Harrison & Shriftman where she lead the Mercedes-Benz account and its title sponsorship of New York Fashion Week, Euro RSCG Magnet where she launched the Evian Flowers ad campaign, Porter Novelli, and Burson Marsteller.

Annie Ehrmann is a veteran communications strategist who has spent her career counseling clients across the financial, professional services, technology, entertainment, and consumer/lifestyle sectors. With professional roots in issues and crisis management, Ehrmann’s expertise includes strategic advisory to CEOs and senior management teams on a range of communications initiatives such as corporate and executive positioning, brand messaging, thought leadership, and media relations. Before joining Brandstyle Communications, Ehrmann worked at The Arkin Group, Hill + Knowlton Strategies, and Teneo where she advised a mix of Fortune 500 and small brands, ranging from Deloitte, Xerox, Coca Cola, and Google to smaller trendsetters such as FEED Projects, Broad Street Pictures, and Monica + Andy. Throughout her career, Ehrmann has counseled these and other clients on a 360-degree mix of communications initiative including issues/crises management, litigation, and complex financial transactions, as well as brand launch, brand milestones, social media, and influencer engagement.


Director of Development, Miami


Michelle Chereque is the Director of Brandstyle’s new Miami office. Prior to Brandstyle, Michelle worked as a marketing, event and PR specialist for SapientNitro and helped improve the company’s brand perception in the advertising industry through strategic initiatives. Additionally, she has worked at E! Networks and Spanish Internet multinational, Terra Networks, where she garnered extensive experience strategizing and working with blue chip clients in a broad range of industries targeting the US, Latin American and Hispanic markets.

Shannon de Laat is an accomplished lifestyle & beauty Public Relations specialist with over ten years of experience in strategic communications. She uses a creative and relevant approach when developing and executing publicity campaigns that raise public profiles and energize clients' brands. Shannon has designed and directed communications programs for some of the world’s biggest beauty & lifestyle brands in New York, Toronto and London. These include high-profile brands such as: Dermalogica, Diptyque Paris, Mustela, CARGO Cosmetics, NEUTROGENA, Aveeno, RoC Skincare and Grey Goose Vodka & Bombay Sapphire Gin. Her creativity, multi-disciplinary expertise and breadth of international experience has made Shannon a go-to source for brands who rely on her strategic insight and robust media relationships to build customized campaigns that deliver results. From business planning, to new product launches, to strategic social media campaigns, Shannon is deeply involved in all aspects of her clients’ business.
